They had to make some adjustments which they were willing and able to do and have been very prompt to keep me updated. They were both friendly and helpful with my other queries. James was very helpful in ordering one, coming over to get it ‘talking’ to the transmitter and even fixed a small issue on the door while he was there for no extra charge.
